To help promote German radio station bigFM on TV, in cinemas and online, Munich studio AixSponza spent three weeks trying to come up with just the right idea.
Agency Jung von Matt Neckar, decided to produce an entirely computer-generated commercial in collaboration with AixSponza that builds upon black speakers that symbolize the smallest building block of each music genre.
They settled on this stylish but demanding execution that required a full-time coder, working with Cebas’ Thinking Particles plug-in, to develop custom particle effects for every shot. It took three weeks for concept and design and another three weeks for production with four CG artists working mainly with Cinema 4D and After Effects.
